Dr. Mitch Conditt, DDS
A 1985 graduate from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Mitch Conditt is a recognized international lecturer and has had the opportunity to inspire and motivate thousands of dentists in the fine art of aesthetic dentistry.
He has been a clinical instructor with numerous aesthetic programs including those at Baylor, New York University, University of Kentucky, and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. In addition, Dr. Conditt is an active member in several dental associations, including the Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Conditt continues his education to offer the best in dentistry to his patients in the Fort Worth area. He is an expert cosmetic dentist, artistically creating beautiful smiles and renewing self confidence for his patients. He is also a sedation dentist which allows those with dental phobia to receive the dental care they need.
In addition to sharing his knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for dentistry with his colleagues, he is also an advisor and consultant with new product development to several dental manufacturers and integrates clinical product testing within his practice.
Dr. Conditt has been widely published in ever leading dental journals and is currently an editorial team member for REALITY Publishing Company, which is the foremost research facility in testing and evaluating dental products.
With all of these different facets rolled into one fulfilling career, Dr. Conditt still takes the most pride in making a difference in the way his patient’s smiles in his full-time, private practice in his hometown of Fort Worth, Texas.

Amye has been happily married since 1984. She and her husband have two daughters, one son, two grandsons, one granddaughter and two step grandsons. She likes vacationing in her family's mountainside retreat and riding snowmobiles and four wheelers. |

Donna assists patients with scheduling convenient appointments, answering payment and billing questions, and coordinating financing arrangements. Adept with our Dentrix software, she can quickly access and update patient records or submit files to specialists. Donna enjoys working with our spirited team and considers giving our patients a reason to smile just as important as creating and maintaining their smiles! Donna and her husband, Jerry, have been married since 1981. They have three children and two precious grandchildren. In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending ,painting, decorating, fishing at her lake house and gardening.
Amye attended Tarrant County College and has been a dental assistant since 1989. She also holds a TMJ certification, so she understands the importance of a comfortable bite.
Brandi has been a periodontal therapist since 2002, which means she keeps our patients from suffering the adverse oral and overall health effects of gum disease. Brandi grew up in Dallas, but until 2008 she called East Texas home where she graduated from Tyler Junior College Dental Hygiene Program and continued to practice before moving to Fort Worth with her husband. Brandi takes great pride in completing many hours of continuing education on new technology, procedures, and instruments that help to provide you with the best periodontal care possible. Brandi considers our practice professional, yet relaxed. She enjoys being part of a team that can work together to not only make healthy smiles, but to give patients a reason to smile.
