 Dr.
Mitch Conditt graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas,
in 1985. He lectures internationally on various
aspects of aesthetic dentistry and has published numerous articles on
the subject.
As an author, practitioner, and instructor, Dr. Conditt regularly teaches
both general and cosmetic dentists nationwide how to combine the highly
specialized techniques and the delicate art of creating beautiful smiles.
Dr. Conditt's commitment to excellence, his rigorous, intensive training,
and
his excitement about his work give him a rarely seen advanced clinical
ability in this specialized area of dentistry. And, as he shares this
expertise through clinical instruction, the smiles he creates are highly
contagious!
The team is the dynamic part of the experience. They are
dedicated to your health and comfort prior, during and after your
visit. Like everyone, they are patients also and understand the importance
of a pleasant dental experience. It is for this reason they go to such

measures to create this atmosphere and deliver personal care. Each
is a leader in their field and has many years of experience between
them.

Donna Dearing, Patient & Administrative Coordinator
 Donna assists patients with scheduling convenient appointments, answering payment and billing questions, and coordinating financing arrangements. Adept with our Dentrix software, she can quickly access and update patient records or submit files to specialists. Donna enjoys working with our spirited team and considers giving our patients a reason to smile just as important as creating and maintaining their smiles! Donna and her husband, Jerry, have been married for 26 years. They have three children and two precious grandchildren. In her spare time, Donna enjoys painting, decorating, and gardening.

Shari Cotterman, Dental Hygienist
 Shari has been a periodontal therapist since 1997, which means she keeps our patients from suffering the adverse oral and overall health effects of gum disease. At Tarrant County College, Shari won Outstanding Student in Dental Hygiene for the entire state of Texas! She holds membership in the Greater Fort Worth Dental Hygiene Society. Shari considers our practiced professional, yet relaxed. She enjoys being part of a team that can work together to not only make healthy smiles, but to give patients a reason to smile. After hours, she spends quality time with her husband of 25 years and their daughter. Shari also finds time to exercise, play piano, and read.

Amye Huddleston, Treatment Coordinator & Dental Assistant
 Amye attended Tarrant County College and has been a dental assistant since 1989. She also holds a TMJ certification, so she understands the importance of a comfortable bite. In working with our team, Amye finds that our combined skills and cooperation optimize our patients' experience. She also thinks our patients are wonderful – and she's right! Amye has been happily married since 1984. She and her husband have two daughters, one son, two grandsons, and two step grandsons. She likes vacationing in her family's mountainside retreat and riding snowmobiles and four wheelers.

Cyndi Finney, Treatment Coordinator & Dental Assistant
 Cyndi works chair side with Dr. Conditt to ensure patient comfort and efficiency of clinical care. She considers her co-workers a team, working together to give our patients the most optimal oral care possible. Cyndi and her husband, Dewayne have been married since 2005 and between them they have 4 daughters, 4 sons and 1 grandson. Cyndi loves spending her time off with her family. She also loves her get away time with her husband in Cozumal, Mexico.
